It strives to offer spaces for all sections of the population, particularly for singles, families, people with special needs, and the elderly. It ensures an adequate ratio of living space to the number of people and orients itself towards the objectives set out in the cooperative's mission statement. It promotes coexistence in the sense of overall social responsibility and mutual solidarity and supports community projects in accordance with the mission statement. The cooperative can offer commercial services in its buildings and premises.
