The cooperative is an association of mainly Zollikon-based companies and entrepreneurs with the purpose of securing and promoting the economic advancement of its members by renting out favorable workplaces as well as residential, working and storage spaces at advantageous prices. The cooperative also aims to promote the diversity of offers in its properties through renting. It seeks to achieve this purpose by having buildings constructed or acquiring existing buildings and selling them, possibly renovating them, and then renting out the spaces in these buildings mainly to members.
