The cooperative aims to promote the business interests of its members through mutual self-help in the sense of Article 828 of the Swiss Code of Obligations. It provides its members with participations in environmentally friendly energy plants, advantages in the purchase and sale of environmentally friendly energy plants and products. The cooperative rents or buys environmentally friendly energy production plants in Switzerland and abroad. It coordinates synergies, resources and know-how for the benefit of the cooperative and its members in Switzerland and abroad. To achieve this goal, the cooperative will use and apply all necessary instruments of free economic and trade traffic as well as available financial services. Furthermore, the cooperative arranges contacts with business partners in Switzerland and abroad. It can buy, sell and manage properties in compliance with the legal regulations.
