Promoting the economic interests of current and future residents and owners of the "Geuer" district through joint self-help. a) Creation of infrastructure facilities for the development of the western part of Art. 385 of the municipality of Alterswil, covering approximately 20,400 m2, including district roads, street lighting, sewage systems, community radio-TV facilities, and container parking spaces. b) Maintenance of the established facilities and assumption of all resulting tasks. c) Parceling, creation of the district plan, enactment of the district regulations and internal district regulations. d) Collection of contributions necessary for the completion of the tasks at hand.
