Genossenschaft PLATTEN 64

The cooperative aims to preserve and maintain the property at Plattenstrasse 64 in Zurich 7 as affordable living and working space for artists and cultural workers through joint self-help. To this end, it acquires the aforementioned property under a building right and rents out the living and working spaces to its members. The property must be inhabited by a mixed household with adults and children. The cooperative's activity is not profit-driven. The cooperative's assets are to be permanently withdrawn from any speculative use. The Platten 64 cooperative can search for additional suitable objects to make them available as affordable living and working space.
