Organization and assurance of fire fighting in tank facilities, training of safety officers of the companies, as well as ensuring pilot services outside of business hours in accordance with the ordinance on fire protection in the tank facilities of the Rhine ports of the canton of Basel-Landschaft; operation and maintenance of common protection rooms in the sense of federal legislation on civil protection; fulfillment of all tasks in the field of safety, fire protection and disaster protection, to which the tank facility owners or operators are legally obligated or which the shareholders decide.
