The cooperative aims to: a) take measures against the depopulation of the former municipality of Sternenberg by maintaining and creating affordable housing, as well as directly or indirectly maintaining the necessary infrastructure of the former municipality, such as schools, shops, etc., through: mediation, purchase and sale of properties and land; renting or granting building rights for cooperative-owned properties and land; construction of new and renovation of existing housing; rental and management of properties and land on behalf of third parties; provision of financing assistance and general advice on building matters; other measures serving the cooperative's purpose. b) Support projects in the former municipality of Sternenberg that promote the well-being of the population, attractiveness, and proximity to nature in the former municipality of Sternenberg. All natural and legal persons with a registered office or residence in the former municipality of Sternenberg, as well as those who intend to establish a registered office or residence there, can benefit from the cooperative's services, provided they are financially dependent on these services. Membership in the cooperative is not required. The cooperative does not pursue commercial purposes and does not strive for profit.
