The company's purposes are: a) the operation of an engineering office in the field of wood construction and the renovation of any type of building; b) the development, implementation and all activities, of any nature, related to architecture, urban planning, building physics, sizing and engineering; c) all services, technological advice, solutions, services and execution of plans and drawings using any software, interactive applications and computer solutions, virtual reality, interior, exterior and environmental spaces; d) the purchase, sale, import, export, manufacture, transformation and general marketing of all construction products and materials; e) all commercial and financial operations (with the exception of those resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary within the meaning of article 2, paragraph 3 of the Federal Law on Combating Money Laundering in the Financial Sector (AMLA)), whether movable or immovable property, directly or indirectly related to the purposes described above and likely to promote its social interests; f) the acquisition of interests in any Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or analogous purposes, as well as the creation of branches; g) the granting of loans or advances to its partners or to third parties, the guarantee of loans subscribed by partners or third parties, the guarantee of such loans by the issuance or pledging of mortgage certificates or others, as well as the subscription of any other financial commitment. The company may carry out its activities both in Switzerland and abroad.
