The company's purpose is the acquisition, holding, management, financing and disposal of all kinds of participations in Switzerland or abroad, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. It may, in Switzerland and abroad, create branches, participate in other companies, acquire or establish companies with a purpose identical or similar to its own, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, and conclude all contracts that serve to develop the company's purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it. The company may grant loans or guarantees if it is in its interest. It may also act as guarantor.
