It can carry out all commercial, industrial and financial transactions on its own account or on behalf of third parties that are directly or indirectly, wholly or partially related to its purpose or serve to facilitate its implementation. It can establish subsidiaries and branches, participate in other companies in Switzerland or abroad, acquire companies that pursue the same or similar purposes; it can merge with such companies, buy or sell real estate, except for transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (BewG).
