The GIE aims to promote or develop the economic activities of its members or to improve the results of these activities by pooling the common services of its members. To this end, the GIE provides its members with consulting services, services and technical support in the following areas (without claiming to be exhaustive): Corporate Finance, Group Planning and Strategic Studies, Financial and Cash Management, Ratings, Budget Planning and Results, Support for Operational Activities and Development, Audit, Support for Legal and Tax Matters, HR Management, Internal Company Communication, External Communication and Marketing, Technical Assistance in Life and Non-Life Areas, Support for the Implementation of AXA Way, Support for the Implementation of the Intranet Project, European Affairs, IT Policy, Support for Negotiating Purchase Agreements. To this end, the GIE is authorized to take the necessary actions to achieve its objectives. In addition and within the framework of specific agreements, the GIE may also provide the same services to companies of the AXA Group that are not members of the GIE. Such agreements shall, in particular, regulate the modalities of invoicing these services.
