The foundation aims to promote talented young musicians and generally promote understanding of culture at home and abroad, with the foundation's activities mainly taking place in Switzerland. To achieve the foundation's purpose, the funds are to be used as follows: contributions to the care and reception of classical music by the younger generation; contributions to the training of young musicians; contributions to the fulfillment of cultural tasks; contributions to the care of cultural landscapes; organization of cultural events. The foundation has a non-profit character and does not pursue any commercial goals and is not profit-oriented. The foundation refrains from any political activity.
