1. The acquisition, financing, disposal and administration of participations in all companies and financial institutions. 2. The Company may acquire, hold, manage, pledge, exploit and dispose of real estate and intellectual property rights in Switzerland and abroad. 3. The Company may grant direct or indirect financing to its direct or indirect subsidiaries as well as to third parties, including its direct or indirect shareholders and their direct or indirect subsidiaries, for their own commitments as well as for those of other companies (including direct or indirect shareholders of the Company or companies in which these shareholders have a direct or indirect participation), issue securities of any kind, including by way of pledges on the Company's assets or fiduciary transfers or assignments of the Company's assets, issue guarantees, provide surety or otherwise secure or guarantee obligations of the Company or these other companies, with or without remuneration. Furthermore, it may engage in or associate with the aforementioned companies in cash pooling/centralization of net liquidity, including periodic balance adjustments. The Company may also do all of this without consideration, on preferential terms, without interest, excluding the Company's profit motive and incurring a concentration of risks. 4. The Company may carry out all commercial, financial and other activities suitable to promote its purpose or related thereto.
