The foundation aims to promote and support scientific research worldwide in the field of socio-economic development of humanity, with the goal of determining the circumstances that promote or hinder individual and economic freedom and the protection of the free exchange of ideas, and making the findings available to the general public. In doing so, the foundation focuses in particular on the areas of education, media and technology, economic policy, healthcare, and immigration. The foundation can take all measures, including the use of new technologies and strategic relationships, that serve to promote and implement the foundation's purpose, in particular to establish one or more study and research centers, to engage qualified scientists and specialists, to grant scholarships and study contributions, to hold seminars, congresses, and other events, to publish publications, etc. The foundation does not pursue any commercial purposes, has a non-profit character, and does not aim for any profit. It is politically and denominationally neutral. Within the framework of its purpose, the foundation can take all permissible measures, in particular establish other legal entities or trusts, regardless of whether they have legal personality, establish branches or agencies, merge with other foundations, take over the assets of other legal entities, cooperate with or manage other legal entities.
