The company's purpose is to participate in other companies. The company can establish its own companies or participate in existing ones, finance and promote them. The company can grant loans or other financing to its direct and indirect parent companies as well as their or its indirect subsidiary companies, against payment or free of charge, and provide security of any kind for the liabilities of such other companies, including by way of pledges on or fiduciary transfer of the company's assets or by way of guarantees of any kind. The company can create, acquire, manage and sell real estate in Switzerland and abroad. The company can do everything that, in the opinion of its management, promotes the purpose of the company or serves the use of its available resources.
