The company's purpose is to carry out all real estate transactions, excluding any transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). As a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad, the company may: establish branches, acquire participations, and in general, engage in any financial, commercial or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, grant loans or guarantees to its shareholders and third parties if it serves its interests, act as guarantor for loans subscribed by shareholders and third parties, and secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
