The company may also acquire and hold real estate in Switzerland and abroad. It may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, with an identical, similar or different purpose. The company may carry out independently or through third parties any direct, indirect and/or collateral activity deemed useful, preparatory or deriving from the achievement of the company's purpose.
