The company's purpose is to offer services and advice, development and marketing of software and computer applications. The Company may also, in Switzerland and abroad, (i) establish branches or subsidiaries, take participations in, and more generally participate in, all enterprises having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose, (ii) carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions, except for any operation prohibited by the LFAIE, directly or indirectly related to its purpose and (iii) grant loans or guarantees to shareholders, subsidiaries or third parties.
