The provision of all advice, services and performances, as well as the exercise of all activities in the fields of video games and intellectual property; the purchase, sale, development, creation, distribution, import, export and marketing of all goods, materials, products and services related thereto. The company may carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions (excluding transactions prohibited by the LFAIE) on its own account or on behalf of third parties, in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose. It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also grant loans to its shareholders and/or guarantee, secure or co-sign loans granted by third parties to its shareholders.
