The company's purpose is the acquisition, construction, operation or leasing of all properties, in particular aviation hangars, but in Switzerland only those that constitute a permanent establishment within the meaning of Article 2, paragraph 2, letter a of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE) of December 16, 1983, as well as all commercial or financial transactions related thereto. The company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: establish branches, grant loans to its shareholders and third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by shareholders and third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
