No activities requiring authorization by FINMA are carried out. The company may conclude all transactions and enter into agreements that directly or indirectly serve the company's purpose or are directly related to it. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies of any kind, and assume representations. The company may acquire, lease, rent, encumber, and sell real estate in Switzerland and abroad. It may also provide financing for its own account or for the account of third parties, as well as provide guarantees and collateral of all kinds for affiliated companies and third parties.
