The association aims to promote equality and diversity in the tech industry by actively bridging gaps, for example between men and women, but also other groups within the industry. The association organizes regular meetings in various cities in Switzerland, where the balanced representation and highlighting of different perspectives lead to a targeted and meaningful dialogue, which is intended to enable participants to actively engage with the topics of equality and diversity in their own environment.
