To provide all kinds of telecommunication services and/or to establish and operate infrastructures, and to carry out activities related to this subject such as the sale of devices, installation, maintenance, repair, consulting and training, as well as advertising provided that it is in accordance with the legalization in force. In order to achieve the objectives and subjects mentioned above, the company:
1) Can provide satellite telecommunication services, satellite platform operation, GMPCS mobile telecommunication service - Wired and wireless internet service provision, terrestrial line data transmission service, shared use radio service, long-distance telephone service, cable platform service, infrastructure operation service, guidance service, call center operation and other telecommunication services authorized by the Telecommunications Council.
2) Can buy or sell agency and representation services related to the provision of services, telecommunication and/or the establishment and operation of its infrastructure, import, purchase, sell, maintain and repair machines, equipment and import, purchase and sell software that may be necessary in relation to its object.
3) Can carry out internal and external agency, brokerage, distribution, representation, wholesale, retail, import transit trade, temporary import and export activities related to its object, and can appoint other persons and organizations as distributors and agents within and outside Turkey.
4) In order to carry out its object and purpose, it can conclude all kinds of agreements with similar domestic and foreign companies within the limits determined by the laws, establish partnerships, conclude permission, privilege, license, know-how, patent and license agreements, acquire patent rights, patents, industrial designs, models, images and trademarks, special manufacturing and production methods and other similar intangible rights for activities related to its object, make all kinds of arrangements on these rights, register trademarks or take over trademarks acquired by others, and if necessary, partially or totally transfer them to others. It can be presented as collateral or leased.
5) Can carry out activities related to the marketing of goods and services produced domestically or abroad, advertising in written and visual media, on the internet or in other media, receiving advertising, purchasing, leasing and importing related tools and equipment. Can take or give franchises or agencies regarding marketing work.
6) Can import related goods from various countries, carry out the necessary procedures for this, open branches abroad, establish concessions or agencies. Furthermore, it is about marketing the goods produced locally, whether by itself or by other companies, exporting them by different means of transport, carrying out the necessary procedures.
7) Can make commitments both to public administrations and to individuals on all the matters mentioned above, and carry out all kinds of transactions and agreements to fulfill its commitments.
8) Can provide consulting and training services regarding its activities.
9) If the company wishes to engage in an activity or transaction deemed useful or necessary other than those listed above, the company can also engage in such transactions after the board of directors has decided to do so.
