The acquisition, management and administration of any kind of participation, in particular at an international level, in all industrial, commercial and financial companies, in particular, but not exclusively, in companies directly related to renewable energies and excluding real estate participations subject to the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LAFE) of December 16, 1983; all commercial and financial transactions concerning all raw materials, products and goods, in particular in the field of energy, biomass and wood, including products manufactured with the company's raw materials. It may carry out, on its own behalf or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions directly or indirectly connected to its corporate purpose and take an interest, in any form, in all similar undertakings. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
