In Switzerland and abroad, all services, advice, performances and administrative support to group companies, in particular with regard to intermediation in the real estate sector; the company may also hold shares in other legal entities for investment purposes; it may carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions (excluding transactions prohibited by the LFAIE) for its own account or for the account of third parties, in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose; it may create subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad; the company may also grant loans to its shareholders and/or guarantee, secure or co-sign loans granted by third parties to its shareholders.
