The company's purpose is: the production, processing, packaging, import, export and marketing of products related to Portuguese culture, including olive oil and its derivatives; all activities in the real estate sector, including the acquisition, sale, development, promotion, rental and management of real estate in Switzerland and abroad (excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE). Furthermore, it may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and may participate, in any form, in similar companies, in particular by acquiring stakes in similar companies. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
