Granting contributions to needy elderly people to enable or facilitate their stay at the Moosmatt retirement center in Murgenthal; can provide donations to needy individuals who are or have been resident in the municipality of Murgenthal, if they spend their retirement in another home in Switzerland; can provide support services to individuals residing in the municipalities of Murgenthal, Wolfwil and Fulenbach to alleviate the economic consequences of old age, disability, death, illness, accident or need due to unblamable hardship; as well as provide contributions to beautify or facilitate the stay of the elderly at the Moosmatt retirement center, insofar as these costs cannot be covered by the ordinary budget.
