The company's purpose is to engage in all activities in the real estate sector, in particular consulting, management, brokerage, purchase, sale, development, administration, promotion and construction of buildings, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. It may carry out all commercial, industrial and real estate transactions and conclude all contracts necessary to achieve its purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad. It may also establish branches, take participations in other companies or mandate subcontractors. It may grant loans to its shareholders or third parties, act as guarantor for loans subscribed by its shareholders or third parties and pledge its assets to secure any claim.
