The purpose of the company is the management and administration of securities and other assets, in particular as a manager of collective assets pursuant to Art. 24ff. FINIG, the commercial management of assets on behalf and for the account of pension institutions and similar institutions serving the purpose of occupational pension provision; the management of assets of companies and units of the group to which the company belongs; the provision of management and other services to group-internal and external companies and corporations; the acquisition, management and disposal of participations in any form in other undertakings at home and abroad, as well as the investment of capital in other forms. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries at home and abroad and conduct all business that is connected with its purpose or suitable to promote it.
