The foundation aims to provide for the employees of the company and their dependents against the economic consequences of old age, disability and death, exclusively in the income area in accordance with Art. 1e BVV2. The foundation may also be joined by the staff of companies economically or financially closely related to the company, by means of a written accession agreement, which must be notified to the supervisory authority, provided that the foundation is provided with the necessary means and the rights of the existing beneficiaries are not impaired. To achieve its purpose, the foundation may conclude insurance contracts or enter into existing contracts, in which it must be the policyholder and beneficiary.
