The company's purpose, directly or indirectly, both in Switzerland and abroad, is: a) the purchase and resale of jewelry and watchmaking parts; b) the operation of clothing, shoe, winter sports equipment and other business funds; c) the acquisition, transfer, administration, holding and management of all participations in all companies, regardless of their purpose, and the placement of capital in all its forms, including through the creation of new companies, contributions, mergers, alliances or partnerships, excluding all operations prohibited by the LFAIE; d) the provision of all consulting services (including, but not limited to, administrative, financial, accounting, commercial, strategic, IT or management services) to all entities, individuals or legal entities, associations or public administrations; e) the company may grant or receive financial assistance to (or from) all entities in which the company holds a participation, including loans, guarantees or securities in any form, subject to the applicable laws and regulations; f) the company may invest its funds in all intellectual property rights and/or any other movable or immovable assets in any form, excluding all operations prohibited by the LFAIE. Furthermore, the company may carry out all operations of any nature (commercial, industrial, financial, securities, real estate or other) that may be directly or indirectly related to one of the above-mentioned purposes, other similar or related purposes, and that may facilitate their development or realization.
