The company's purpose is to organize sports, cultural and private events (competitions, congresses, workshops, seminars, tournaments, balls, exhibitions, etc.) and to provide courses for children and adults in the field of sports dance, as well as to create costumes and dresses for sports dance competitions and evening events. The company may, within the limits of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), acquire participations in other companies; it may also conclude all contracts and perform all acts in direct or indirect relation to this purpose, or which are likely to enable its achievement. The company may acquire, hold and dispose of real estate, except for all operations subject to authorization within the meaning of the LFAIE.
