The purpose of the company is: a) to provide services in the areas of personal development and holistic health, offering in particular training, consultations in psychocorporal therapy and nutritherapy as well as coaching; b) as an ancillary activity, the execution of all commercial and financial operations directly or indirectly related to the above-mentioned purpose, as well as the acquisition of participations in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes, with the exception of activities prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may conduct its activities both abroad and in Switzerland and establish branches. The company may also grant loans and/or guarantees, in any form whatsoever, to its associates or third parties.
