The company's purpose is to operate a transportation business. The company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: establish branches; in general, engage in any financial, commercial or industrial, movable or immovable (excluding any operation prohibited by the LFAIE) activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose, participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; grant loans to its members and third parties; guarantee loans subscribed by members and third parties; secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
