The company's purpose is to participate in financial, industrial, commercial and real estate companies. It can acquire, manage and sell equity or limited partnership interests, as well as shares of companies, and participate in other companies. It may grant financing to its subsidiaries, exercise control and coordination of the activities carried out by its affiliates. The company may acquire, sell, hold and manage real estate, in accordance with Article 2, paragraph 2, letter a of the LAFE.
