The company's purpose is to provide all consulting services in the field of business management and legal advice, including the management and planning of consulting mandates as well as all related administrative services. It may also carry out, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable and immovable operations, excluding those prohibited by the federal law of December 16, 1983 on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and to participate, in any form, in all similar enterprises, notably by taking participations in similar enterprises. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
