Igelgarten Genossenschaft

The cooperative aims to provide its members with a permanent supply of housing at affordable financial conditions through joint self-help and co-responsibility, while removing housing from speculation. By building and living in a sufficiently small, architecturally high-quality settlement, as well as by jointly revitalizing the location, the vision of a future suitable for grandchildren is to be promoted. The cooperative's activity is non-profit and not profit-driven.
