The company also aims to group all companies active in the aforementioned fields in the form of a holding company. The company may participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, pursuing an identical or similar social purpose. It may also acquire or finance companies, as well as carry out all commercial, financial or industrial operations, and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it. Furthermore, it may acquire, alienate and operate real estate for use as a permanent establishment. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad. The company may grant direct or indirect financing to third parties, including companies in which it holds a direct or indirect participation, or to its direct or indirect shareholders and companies in which they hold a direct or indirect participation, whether through loans or other financing, including within the framework of cash-pooling agreements.
