The purpose of the association is 2.1 Promotion of science and research 2.1.1 The promotion of science and research in the field of law and justice for human, constitutional, fundamental, civil, criminal, economic, social and international law at home and abroad 2.1.2 Research and development of proposals for justice reforms and improvements, including human, constitutional and fundamental rights worldwide 2.1.3 Scientific research projects and awarding of research contracts for solutions against cybercrime, bullying and defamation on the internet and social media (as a law-free space) 2.2 Support, assistance and promotion of 2.2.1 Young people and people of all ages with scholarships for the study of law 2.2.2 Support for people in need and families through ongoing or dormant proceedings / wrong judgments / prison sentences / human rights and fundamental rights violations 2.2.3 Assistance for registered associations involved in legal disputes and lacking sufficient financial resources for defense and/or lawsuits 2.2.4 Promotion and creation of an internet platform as a free service for initial assistance with legal questions. This service is offered by retired judges, lawyers and public prosecutors and former employees from the legal profession and supported by the association's financial resources. 2.2.5 Promotion of assistance, particularly in the legal field, for politically, racially or religiously persecuted persons, refugees, disabled persons, as well as assistance for victims of crime, assistance for people who are discriminated against due to their gender identity or sexual orientation, support for children and mothers/fathers in need 2.3 The purpose of the statutes is realized in particular through 2.3.1 Promotion and research contracts to science, particularly in the field of law and justice for human, constitutional, fundamental, civil, criminal, economic, social and international law at home and abroad 2.3.2 Support and legal assistance for victims of cybercrime, bullying and defamation of young people and people of all ages 2.3.3 Provision of legal assistance for private individuals and associations in the required field of law 2.3.4 Creation of expert opinions, complaints, reports and lawsuits 2.3.5 Establishment of an internet platform for free legal assistance 2.3.6 Assessments and assistance in cases of constitutional, human rights and fundamental rights violations, in proceedings and abuse of office 2.3.7 Promotion for the fight against arbitrariness and abuse of office in law enforcement 2.3.8 Research and development of solutions against corruption and maximum protection for every member of society against abuse of laws and arbitrariness of any kind. The association exclusively and directly pursues non-profit and charitable purposes and does not strive for profit. The association is politically and denominationally independent.
