The company's purpose is to carry out all real estate operations, real estate development and national and international brokerage. However, it may buy, sell, rent, administer and manage all real estate assets, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all other activities of any nature, in particular financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable property activities converging with its main purpose, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE, in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to its main purpose. The company may also establish branches in Switzerland and abroad. It may also participate in any company, acquire or pay fees and commissions, negotiate and execute various contracts or commissions in different countries.
