The company aims to provide intermediary services for physical gold transactions, including, but not limited to, sourcing and coordinating purchases from producers and counterparties, maintaining relationships with refineries and assaying institutions, organizing insured transport and cross-border logistics, monitoring storage with third-party providers, and ensuring complete documentation of the supply chain and provenance. The company supports price negotiation, inventory management, quality assurance, reporting, and operational coordination, and acts as a neutral operational hub that ensures efficiency, transparency, and operational integrity throughout the entire gold value chain. Regulated financial activities, including activities that require a license as a bank, financial market infrastructure, financial service provider, financial institution, or financial intermediary, as well as activities that are subject to anti-money laundering laws, are expressly excluded. The company may enter into contracts in the interest of the group or individual group companies (including their direct or indirect parent companies and their direct or indirect subsidiaries) and, in particular, grant loans or other financing to such group companies and provide security of any kind for their liabilities, including by way of pledges on or security transfers and assignments of the company's assets or by way of guarantees of any kind, whether for consideration or not. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries domestically and abroad and acquire, hold, dispose of, or finance any type of business. The company may acquire, hold, and dispose of real property. The company may engage in all commercial activities that are directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose and take all measures that seem appropriate to promote the company's purpose or are related thereto.
