The association's objectives are international, namely to positively and sustainably transform our world champion women into authentic female leaders on a global scale through mentorship - one woman at a time; to offer free intercultural mentorship to women at all levels of society worldwide to become global leaders and to ensure the role of mentor for another leader, expanding exponentially to ensure a world of peace, collaboration and parity in the interest of all; to offer webinars and provide documentation on leadership topics.
