The purpose of the non-profit association is to improve sexual health in Switzerland. The basis is the WHO definition of a state of physical, emotional, mental and social well-being in relation to sexuality. The association's work takes into account biological, societal, individual and partnership aspects of sexuality. The association's goal is to disseminate, mediate and research medical and sexological findings. The association works in an interdisciplinary manner and offers further and continuing education for different target groups for the above-mentioned purpose; carries out public relations work; collaborates with other institutions and experts. Additionally, the following services can be offered: sex-medical clarifications in interprofessional cooperation with specialists; sex therapy and sex counseling (individual, couples, groups); specialized clarifications, assessments and treatment within the framework of sex-medical care.
