The association is a non-profit, non-commercial scientific structure aimed at: Developing, structuring, and conducting clinical research on cannabis-based medical preparations, particularly full-spectrum extracts for patients with cancer and other chronic diseases. Promoting education, therapeutic safety, and scientific integrity in the field of medical cannabis. Encouraging public understanding and political engagement through transparent data, medical ethics, and evidence-based practice. All activities are conducted within the bounds of Swiss federal law and in collaboration with duly authorized public health partners and authorities.
