It may create branches in Switzerland and abroad or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all permitted mobile, real estate and financial transactions and conclude any contract directly or indirectly related to the corporate purpose or contributing to its development. It may also grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties if this serves its interests.
