The purpose of the company is the purchase, sale, brokerage, financing, trading, transportation and storage of raw materials and goods of all kinds, as well as the provision of related financial services and advice. It may invest in similar or related businesses, including through the creation of new companies and the subscription or purchase of shares or participation rights, through mergers, alliances or partnerships. The company may, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), engage in any financial, commercial or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose.
