The company's purpose is to hold and manage participations in other companies, to lead the international Hoval Group and to hold and exploit patents, know-how and other intangible assets. The company may also participate in other companies of any kind in Switzerland and abroad, establish, acquire and merge with them. It may acquire, encumber and sell real estate and intellectual property rights in Switzerland and abroad, and establish branches and agencies in Switzerland and abroad by resolution of the Board of Directors.
