International Federation of Healthcare Engineering

To encourage and facilitate the exchange of information and experiences in the broad field of design, construction, engineering, commissioning, maintenance, operation, and planning of healthcare facilities. The Federation has the particular objective of promoting, developing, and disseminating healthcare engineering technology; comparing international experiences; promoting the principle of integrated planning, design, and evaluation by improving collaboration among professions; promoting more effective management of the operation, maintenance, and safety of healthcare facilities, their engineering, installations, equipment, and buildings; as well as offering collaboration with other international organizations. The Federation is non-profit. The Federation is neutral, both politically and confessionally.
