The company's purpose is to engage in all commercial, service and consulting activities in the field of maritime transport, in particular in the brokerage of maritime chartering of all types of vessels, as well as in the field of construction, repair, purchase, sale, operation, management and chartering of vessels. The Company may carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions (in compliance with the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners) in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties. It may establish subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad. The company may grant loans to its shareholders and third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other commitment, if it serves its interests.
