The company's purpose is to buy, sell, broker, manage and engage in all other activities related to real estate, in particular agricultural real estate, within the limits of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), as well as any other activity directly or indirectly related to the main purpose. The company may also engage in any activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The company may pursue its purpose through all operations - especially through all contracts - without limitation: regarding their location - in Switzerland or abroad; regarding their object - whether it concerns material (movable) or intellectual property or services; regarding their execution - whether by the company, by branches of the company, by participations in other companies or by subcontractors. The company may also conclude loan agreements with its shareholders, as debtor or creditor, or grant them guarantees, if this serves its interests.
